On June 12th, google had a MAJOR outage, which caused cloudflare to also have massive issues. Other giant cloud providers(Azure and AWS), despite not admiting, also had issues as was shown by down detector. This made maybe 90% of the whole web have problems, from slowdowns to simply not working at all.
And yet this website didn’t have any issues. Why? Because I chose to go with a local provider, who has their own datacenters(shoutout kinghost).
If everyone did the same, and chose local providers(specially non-americans) instead of global massive cloud ones, majority of the web would not have had any issues on that day, and competition would make them all better.
