Here’s a quick tip, which is why I didn’t make a full blog post for it, but here’s a simple, quick tutorial on how to block youtube ads, for free, on android and  iOS:

1. Download either Firefox or Waterfox.(I recommend Waterfox)
2. Install the uBlock Origin extension(yes you can install those on mobile on waterfox and firefox)
3. Only open youtube through that browser

Boom, there you go. Same youtube as usual, but no annoying ads. As a side win, you also dont have ads in any other website as long as you use that browser.
