Here are some examples, so far, of how AI code slop has made not only software but websites and online services worse since its (forced) adoption:
- AI made Windows 11 the worst, buggiest version of windows ever
- AI made Github’s uptime fall below 90%
- AI made AWS more unstable than ever(even deleted a whole database of theirs)
- AI made bluesky go down for hours 4 times in a month
- AI made NVidia drivers buggier than ever, worse than AMD’s on windows
And these are just some that came to mind. As I remember more, or other cases happen, I’ll update this list.
